Shipping policy

If the buyer entered an invalid or incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for replacing the order. Healing And Restore will not be responsible for shipping delays neither will we be held responsible for any errors made by the shipping courier, such as delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items. 

Shipping time frame is 3-10 business days standard from the 2-3 week processing time of the product as products are handmade. In the event of holidays, post office closures, natural disasters etc this will affect shipping process.

We appreciate your unconditional support to our brand and we thank you for choosing us daily. We are eager to get your orders out quickly just as eager as you are to receive them . We do have to allow at least a 2-5 week processing time from when the order was placed then shipping will take place after . If products are in stock and ready to be shipped out the processing time will be a lot less. As you know our products are handmade and we want to ensure you all are receiving the highest quality and pH safety products to safely use at home . Natural herbs perform best when they are not rushed and made with love just like we do it .
